BIO:

John is the CEO & Founder for SCHUPP Real Estate and has a deep rooted family history in the business spanning 3 generations. His hard work, charisma, and true passion for his career has helped John’s reputation as a qualified Realtor quickly rise in 1996. John’s experience encompasses all the facets of the real estate industry; whether it be navigating the way for first timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market, he knows and has experienced it all. With an exceptional skill set regarding new construction and hands on A-Z background touching all building components and systems (as a successful investor himself) there isn’t a single piece of the real estate puzzle he’s not fluent in. His specialty is contract law, reading and negotiating between the lines and pro-actively eliminating the negatives and pitfalls before they ever happen.

We will always remember the time we had with you. Good LORD the stories… you simply just cant make this sh*t up. There are many people out there who wish they could have known you, but We’re glad we did. Thousands of clients & friends along the way that were blessed with their own chapters of CT. We will always LOVE you and will Forever miss you Lil’ Grasshoppa – without you, WE wouldn’t be ~ it has been my privilege and honor! JS

CT really knew how to light up a room. She commanded a room. You KNEW when she arrived that is for sure. She was always positive and never lost sight of the silver lining in all that she did. She was a true friend, a trusted confidante, a reliable teammate, and a patient mentor. She lived life to its fullest and never missed an opportunity to have FUN. Her definition of a SUNDAY FUNDAY was spending time with her precious grandbabies and her family at home celebrating yet another Bears Win (more likely Loss) and screaming the Bears fight song at the top of her lungs. It never failed, the first Sunday of every season she truly believed The Bears were going to the Super Bowl. Haha. We tried to tell her but she was a believer man. Relentless too.. CT was an absolute joy to be around. She loved her music and some of her finest moments are when she played DJ until the wee hours of the morning singing 50s, 60s,70s, at the top of her lungs. And then the infamous…. Mustang Sally. — Classic. Christine really brought sunshine to all she did and she will forever be missed. Until I see you again Sis save me a seat, eat those chicken wings EVERYDAY, have a few ‘Easy on the dirty” Martinis and visit with your mom. Love you. CB

I’ll never forget the first time I met Christine, she gave me a huge hug, made me feel like we’ve known each other forever, and welcomed me into the Schupp family instantly. That was just one of her many special attributes, she treated everyone like family and truly made you feel special and important. She was a ray of sunshine, always! Her smile and laugh were contagious, I think it was impossible to be in a bad mood around Christine! I could go into the office upset about something and she always knew what to say and always had the right words to turn my day around instantly. She was an amazing friend and mentor. Her work ethic was unlike any other, she always approached every situation with a sense of grace, she never backed down from a challenge, she welcomed them. She loved to work through issues to make everything work out in the end for her clients. If I was ever having a bad day or had a question, I would shoot her a text and she would get right back with warm words of advice and how to resolve the situation without getting worked up about it. I looked up to Christine with how she carried herself,her confidence, and don’t sweat the small stuff mentality. We need more Christines in the world, and it won’t be the same place without her. EC

I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, I grew up in Lowell and moved to the Demotte/ Wheatfield area where I met my husband and since then have started raising our family. I have more than 20+ yrs of sales experience and have been in real estate going on 9yrs. I have always had a passion for real estate, it runs in my family and many family members along with my husband also were in and still are in the construction fields.

With that being said, attention to detail is just one of my strong points. I understand that making the decision to buy a home is the largest purchase that someone will make in their lifetime and I take it personally to insure that they have the most enjoyable and least stressful experience possible. I pride myself on being very responsive to any questions a buyer or seller might have, I make sure that I communicate and help the client to understand what is going on every step of the way. Christine has spent not only her professional career but her entire adult life helping others and has learned this is truly what makes her tic. From animal shelters and countless non-profits for which she is a generous volunteer, she is usually the first to step up and make things happen and the first to step out of the spotlight watching others gain from the fruits of her labor. This personal desire to help others has contributed to her decades of success in sales. Prior to selling real estate, Christine spent the better part of 20+ years working with the public while selling/building custom log homes in Montana, performing physical therapy across all ages, processing (front and back end) insurance across the Midwest and selling pharmaceuticals blanketing Illinois & Indiana. Now, in real estate she feels she has found her calling. She is a one-of-a-kind unsung hero of her own excelling to the front of the line doing all of this with simple “old school” honest to goodness compassion, care and desire to make sure her clients are ALWAYS put first. She listens with her heart and knows her success isn’t how much gold she can coin but the difference she can make in other’s lives.

She bolsters a charismatic smile, a selfless perseverance and a contagious laugh but be assured this lady is hard-core when it comes to competition, negotiating, forward thinking and work ethic. Clients LOVE her and adversaries often step out the way. Christine has an uncanny knack in remembering the details making all the difference. Jen has spent her entire professional career in the healthcare industry serving others and providing Physical Therapy services for all ages and helping her clients achieve their greatest potential. Born and raised in Northwest Indiana currently residing in Lowell with her husband and three daughters. She has always had a passion for helping and caring for others and has been a licensed foster parent through the Department of Child Services for almost 3 years and is an active member of the Lowell Fire Department Auxiliary helping serve the community.
